Rebels & Redcoats Car Show At Crossing

The Rebels and Redcoats are gearing up for battle, but this time instead of firing muskets, they’ll be firing up their engines. The annual Rebels & Redcoats Classic Car Show is scheduled to roll into Washington Crossing Historic Park on Sunday, July 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Valley of Concentration parking lot, located across from the Visitor Center. The rain date is July 19.

Tinicum Arts Festival This Weekend

The Tinicum Arts Festival will celebrate its 75th anniversary this weekend with two days of regional arts, crafts, food, and fun. Held at Tinicum Park on River Road in Erwinna, Bucks County's longest-running arts festival will again feature the works of more than 150 regional artists inside the historic art barn, more than 130 artists and craft artisans under the trees, treasures at a white elephant tent, and literally thousands of volumes at the book wagon.

Free Admission Sunday At The Michener

The Michener Art Museum offers free admission on Sunday as part of its Second Sunday program. Between 12 and 5 p.m. on June 12, visitors are invited to explore the museum, including its featured exhibit, "The Crossing," featuring 200 years of Washington Crossing in art. Docents are available in the galleries for family-focused tours, and Unplugged Family Day, a free hands-on art-making workshop for families, runs at 1 and 2 p.m. Early preregistration is recommended for the Unplugged Family Day workshops, new each month and inspired by artwork on display at the museum.

Gallery Presents "Ideology Of Revolution"

ArtWRKD presents "The Ideology of Revolution," a dynamic group exhibition through August 9 at its South State Street gallery in Newtown. Coinciding with the nation's Semiquincentennial, the exhibit begins with a simple premise: every revolution begins first as an idea. Long before governments fall, borders shift, or history records moments of upheaval, there exists a belief — a vision that imagines the world differently.
