Home Prices Hold Strong, Buyer Activity Showing Continued Momentum In Bucks Co.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Bucks County housing market remained competitive in June, with home prices continuing
to hold strong and buyer activity showing continued momentum as the summer market got underway, according to information released by the Bucks County Association of Realtors.

While the median sold price eased slightly from May, prices remained higher than they were a year ago, a sign that home values in Bucks County continue to show resilience, the realtors said. Buyer activity also stayed strong in June, with more homes going under contract during the month even as overall inventory dipped slightly.

Homes took a bit longer to sell than the June norm, which may offer some encouragement for buyers who need a little more time to weigh their options. Even so, the market continued to
lean in favor of sellers, as demand remained steady and available inventory stayed limited.

“June continued to reflect a market that is favorable for sellers, while still offering opportunity for buyers who are prepared and working with the right guidance,” said Christy Manetta, president of the Bucks County Association of Realtors. “Home values remain strong, buyer interest is still there, and even with limited inventory, we are seeing movement across the market. For both buyers and sellers, local expertise matters in a market like this.”

As Bucks County moves further into the summer season, the housing market continues to show strength, with steady demand, limited supply, and ongoing opportunity for those ready to make a move, said the realtors.
