BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County has announced the addition of new members to its board of directors, the election of officers, and the departure of three long-time board members. All changes are effective July 1.
Departing the board after years of service to Habitat Bucks and its mission are Tony DaCosta (Univest, Board Secretary), Dave Freeman (QNB Bank, Board Treasurer), Eric Seidman (Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP) and Anu Hans (community member).
"Their support helped guide the organization's direction and contributed to the development of its 2025-27 Strategic Plan, designed to build community impact, deepen programmatic impact, and strengthen organizational sustainability," the organization said in a statement.
Current board members Rob Kravets (Fox Rothschild, LLP) and Nicole Boytin (Penn Community Bank) are assuming the executive committee roles of secretary and treasurer, respectively.
Filling three openings on the board are Crystal Smith (senior vice president, area manager north region of Univest), Scott Orzehoski (executive vice president, Chief Lending Officer of QNB Bank), and Stacey Mulholland (Plumsteadville Township Manager). Each new member will bring community insight and financial leadership that will help the organization build safe, attainable housing across Bucks County, Habitat said.
"Habitat Bucks is grateful for the commitment of all those who have served on the Board of Directors and looks forward to working with its newly elected members," said the organization. "Together, they will continue to build hope, stability, and opportunity by advancing access to affordable homeownership."
