DOYLESTOWN, PA — Altomonte's Italian Market has announced a new partnership with Coleman Hay Farms to bring its customers quality cuts of beef from cows raised here in Bucks County.
Coleman Hay Farms is a family-run, 300-plus-acre beef cattle farm in New Britain Township operated by two brothers - Shawn and Andrew Coleman - who take pride in knowing their cattle and caring for the land they raise them on.
"At Coleman Hay Farms, cattle graze and rotate on the farm's various pastures and are also fed high-quality hay and grain and a custom blend of silage, with an emphasis on quality, care, and doing things the right way," said Altomonte's in announcing the partnership.
"Another thing that really stood out to us is these cows aren't just a number. They're known, cared for, and raised with intention," said Altomonte's.
"This shared commitment to quality and family is part of what makes this partnership so special. Altomonte's was started by our father and mother as a Butcher Shop, Mike's Meats, and we know he's proud we're carrying on his legacy."
The market will now be offering Coleman Hay Farms beef at Altomonte's Butcher Shop at its Doylestown and Warminster stores by the whole cow, half, or quarter, and individual cuts. They can also custom cut to order.
"Two local family businesses, working together to bring quality beef to your table. We can't wait for you to taste it," said Altomonte's.
