WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Warrants have been issued for the arrest of a Pennsylvania man accused of stealing more than $2,000 worth of merchandise from stores in Warrington and Willow Grove.
Last Nov., a Warrington police officer observed a vehicle traveling northbound on Easton Road with front windshield tint and an invalid New Jersey temporary registration tag.
The vehicle later pulled into the Wendy's parking lot, where the driver, identified as 43-year-old Giorgi Adeishvili of Mountain Top, exited the vehicle and changed his jacket multiple times. Adeishvili then walked across Easton Road toward Valley Square.
A short time later, police said Adeishvili returned to the vehicle and drove away. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Street Road and Maple Avenue. As officers approached the vehicle, they observed multiple New Jersey temporary tags on the passenger seat. Due to the traffic violations and Adeishvili's inability to provide proof of ownership, the vehicle was towed.
During an investigation of the vehicle, officers said they saw numerous bottles of perfume and cologne, along with a bag containing a DeWalt impact drill and battery. Next to the drill was spider wrap, a security device commonly used by retail stores to prevent theft. The vehicle was subsequently impounded while officers obtained a search warrant.
An investigation determined that Adeishvili had entered Ulta Beauty in Valley Square and stole $376 worth of merchandise. Officers also recovered multiple items determined to have been stolen from the Home Depot in Willow Grove, with a total value of $2,152.58.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for March 16, however, Adeishvili failed to appear, police said. Adeishvili has continued to fail to appear for scheduled court proceedings and currently has numerous warrants for his arrest.

Adeishvile is charged with receiving stolen property, a third-degree felony; two misdemeanor charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property; and four summary offenses.
