DUBLIN, PA — The Dublin Town Center is teaming up with the Craftery Market to present Apple Fest, a day long celebration featuring local vendors, live music, and lots of apple-themed food and drinks.
The festival is scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Dublin Town Center, where shoppers can expect local vendors, live music and apple-themed food and drinks.
The Craftery Market will be bringing more than 70 vendors to The Square, offering jewelry, home decor, original art, body care, apparel and specialty foods.
Tied into the festival theme, a handful of businesses at the Square and at the Station will be offering apple-themed food and drinks.
Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company will be serving cinnamon whiskey sours and Stone & Key Cider with a caramel cinnamon sugar rim.
Sprig Dessert Bakery is set to offer chai apple hand pie, apple morning bun, apple caramelized onion sage cheddar danish and pumpkin pecan cheese danish. And Tabora Farms will have freshly-picked apples available.
Farm to Toast will be featuring apple cider donuts, apple cider drinks, apple toast specials and apple butter drinks. Bucks & Company will be offering cinnamon cider candles and potpourri, along with Savanah Bee Co. pumpkin spice whipped honey samples. And Manes on Main is planning a basket giveaway.
There will also be apple dunking for the kids. The traditional fall activity is sponsored by Young Life Pennridge High School, which will also be collecting items in good condition, including antiques, collectibles and jewelry; applicances; books, CDs, DVDs and records; clothing for adults and childrn; computtrs and printers; dishes and kitchenware; electronics; furniture; holiday decor; and lots more.
Two musicians are scheduled to perform during the event. Lou Mutter is set to play from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Brian Elliot is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
