"Doylestown Borough is pleased to host the inaugural stop of the Black Mayors' tour. This forum is a valuable opportunity for the mayors of Bucks County to engage directly with candidates in the November general election and ask questions about the issues that matter most to our communities," said Mayor Elnora "Noni" West.

Mayor West will host the event, with Mayor Codner moderating. Guest speakers include State Representative and DNC Vice Chair Malcolm Kenyatta and Chester Mayor
Stefan Roots.

The organizers have invited candidates from local Pennsylvania Senate and House Districts and the 1st Congressional District. So far, Democratic candidates Bob Harvie, Mark Pinskley and Rebecca Prendergrast, are committed to attend.

Their participation offers an opportunity for voters and municipal leaders to raise questions about the issues affecting Bucks County communities, said Codner.

Of Bucks County's 28 mayors, 10 have accepted the invitation to attend, representing Chalfont, Doylestown, Hulmeville,
Langhorne, Langhorne Manor, New Britain, New Hope, Perkasie, Sellersville, and Trumbauersville.

Residents are encouraged to attend, engage with local leaders and candidates, and make their voices heard ahead of the November general election.
