The victim told police that they got into an argument with 39-year-old Lori Bostic of Hatboro while pulling into Wawa. Bostic then became combative and assaulted the victim, police said.

Bostic then walked around to the driver's side of the vehicle and attempted to attack the victim with a knife, police said.

Bostic told police she did not know the knife was open during the assault.

The victim was able to push Bostic away, causing Bostic to suffer a laceration to her arm from the knife.

Bostic was transported to Abington Hospital, where she received treatment for the wound.

During a search, officers located a small bag containing suspected marijuana on Bostic. Officers then transported Bostic to the station, where she was processed.

Judge Wertman arraigned Bostic and set bail at $10,000 or 10 percent cash. Unable to post bail, Bostic was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Bostic is charged with aggravated assault, possession of suspected marijuana, making terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment.
