DOYLESTOWN, PA — Main St. is up to mischief again.
For the fourth year, the Doylestown nonprofit is inviting kids ... and adults, too ... to grab some rolls of toilet paper, bring them to 25 Bittersweet Drive on Mischief Night, and toss away.
The homeowners, Jessica and Jeff Hilton, will be sacrificing their property to raise funds for breast cancer patients by encouraging everyone in the community - the young and the old - to come out and toilet paper their house.
The legal "Mischief Night For A Cause" is set to unfold on Friday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Here's how it works. For a $5 donation, you can toss a roll of toilet paper at the house or into the trees. After the first roll is used up, there's an additional $5 per roll charge with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting breast cancer patients.
Participants must bring their own roll (or rolls) to the event. The nonprofit will be accepting cash, credit cards, and checks.
For the past three years, Fenimore and his wife have donated their house for the event. This year, they are passing the "honor" onto friends and supporters, Jessica and Jeff.
"When I moved into a smaller home, I couldn't donate my house any longer, and I desperately wanted the tradition to continue. I made a solicitation on social media, and Jess and Jeff stepped up," said Fenimore. "That is what makes this community so amazing: people are willing to help in any way they can. Sometimes that's donating funds, other times donating their house!"
Jessica got to know Keith and Kristina Fenimore and their nonprofit organization, Pine2Pink (now Main St.), after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
"I heard about Pine2Pink when I received my diagnosis for breast cancer. I received a bag with a certificate for food, a book about breast cancer, and a wish blanket," she said. "It was comforting to know I wasn't alone and the community was supportive of individuals like myself."
After finishing her last radiation treatment in 2021, she attended her first "Main St" (formerly Pine 2 Pink) event - the luminary stroll at Fonthill Castle in October 2021.

"It meant a lot to me and my family to show our support for all local women/men going through breast cancer treatment as I was finishing up my treatment," said Jessica. "I wanted to support Main St. because I am a breast cancer survivor. It is so important to me to help raise money to help others going through their own breast cancer journey."
She added, "Keith and Kristina have created this amazing nonprofit that offers so much to help breast cancer patients in our community. We are excited to help support that," she said of the couple's decision to donate their house for a night of mischief and fundrasing.
"Jeff and I are very excited to host the TP My House event," she said. "We are nervous about the number of people who may show up, but hoping that means a lot of donations for Main St."
Keith Fenimore came up with the idea of "TP My House" as a fun way to get entire families involved in supporting Main St. and its mission to support the local breast cancer community.
"For those who have followed our work, we are untraditional in a lot of ways," said Fenimore. "We like to go against the grain sometimes in an effort to turn heads and move our mission."
To set the vibe for Friday's sanctioned mischievous activities, Main St. has invited the Doylestown School of Rock to perform on site. The Spuddy Buddy Fry Truck and Evolution Candy will also be there offering food and treats in support of Main St.
"The fact that Mischief Night is the last place a typical non-profit would look to incorporate into a fundraiser, is the exact reason I was compelled to start this. I am not a fan of the ordinary," said Fenimore.
