Doylestown Memorial Day Parade needs Veterans!!!

Veterans Needed Each year on Memorial Day, the various Veterans groups of Doylestown march in the oldest Memorial Day parade in the United States. As we pass by the crowds of spectators, many Veterans can be seen on the sideline, both young and old and we wonder why. The Parade organization and our Veterans groups would like to see these men and women participating in the parade and receiving the appreciative applause that they deserve. It is for You! There is no need to be a member of any Veterans group, if you are a Veteran we want You. If you are unable to walk the 1-plus mile route, this year the Parade Committee has acquired several golf carts to transport those Veterans who are unable to walk the route. Please consider being a part of this tradition that honors our Veterans every year.
