Doylestown Real Estate Market Statistics December 2013

The December 2013 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Bucks County in December 2013, settled single family homes were up 19.33% from last year.  The average sales price in Bucks County was $332,000 up 2.47% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Chester County was up 14.27% in settled single family homes at an average sales price of $357,000, Delaware County was up 12.07% at $265,000, Montgomery County ip 14.67% at $321,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was up 15.99% at an average of $179,000.
