Doylestown Real Estate Market Statistics February 2014

The February 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Bucks County settled single family homes were down 1.32% from last year.  The average sales price in Bucks County came in at $325,000, up 8.70% from this time last year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Chester County was up 1.66% at an average of $337,000, Delaware down 15.82% at $257,000, Montgomery was down 1.19% at $311,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was down 12.25% in settled homes , at an averages sales price of $176,000.
