You can learn more about the health trend of "flexible vegetarianism" during a program in Doylestown next week.
During the free program, offered by Doylestown Health, you can learn what being a vegetarian means, the benefits of eating a plant-based diet, how to get complete protein meals, and the steps you can take if you want these benefits without excluding meat.

“Health Trend 2019: Flexible Vegetarianism” will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 23. There are two sessions that day: from 11:30 a.m. to noon and from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Both sessions are held in Conference Room J at Doylestown Hospital, 595 W. State Street, Doylestown.
The program is free but registration is requested online at DoylestownHealth.org or by calling 215-345-2121.
