Personal Concierge Services: A Case Study

A personal concierge to many is a new term, one that many don’t know about, or understand how to utilize one in their own lives.

As a member of the ICLMA, part of what we do is educate our market as to how best utilize these services in each person’s unique situation. This is a story of one client who has become a long term client of Task Complete, leaning on us for services that extend from the groceries, bulk shopping, computer research, wrapping and even house sitting…

As a single father and business owner, Brian faced the daily dilemma of balancing his demanding work schedule with his daily household responsibilities. He found himself having to choose between all that he had to do and sacrificing what he enjoyed most; time with his children. That is when he turned to Kelly and Task Complete to help him with his weekly responsibilities such as the grocery shopping. Task Complete performs this weekly service of not only doing the shopping but also putting all the groceries away and stocking his pantry (much more than a delivery service would do).

Kelly and her staff also take care of the family’s beloved pooch by scheduling and escorting him on his regular grooming visits. Brian can focus on his business secure in the knowledge that his dog is being well cared for.

Now when Brian comes home from work, he has a happy dog and his home is stocked for his family’s meals and personal needs. This allows Brian to spend time doing what he really wants, being with his children.
