Real Estate Market Statistics for September 2013

The September 2013 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Bucks County, settled single family homes were up 22.61% from last year.  The average sales price in Bucks County came in at $335,000 up 3.40% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Chester County was up 15.93% in settled single family homes at $359,000 for the average sales price, Delaware county was up 12.42% at $272,000, Montgomery County was up 15.41% at $321,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was up 19.05% at an average of $180,000.
