6 Things to Do in Easton This Weekend

Lebanese Heritage Festival highlights this weekend's events...

This weekend brings the start of Musikfest, and we thank Bethlehem Patch editor Daryl Nerl for putting together.

But if you're not interested in what Musikfest has to offer, here's some of the things happening closer to home.

1. The annual Lebanese Heritage Festival comes to Church this weekend, from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. There'll be Lebanese food/pastries, live music, and activities for kids. Visit mountlebanon.org for more information.

2. The James Supra Blues Band performs tonight for Live at Riverside, 7:30 p.m. at Riverside Park.

3. The Christ EC Church in Williams Township -- AKA "the blue church" -- is holding its Summer Family Festival tonight from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the church, at 2100 Morgan Hill Rd.

4. The is holding its YA Author Festival Saturday afternoon from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the library's Palmer branch.

5. Madame Mim's, one of Easton's new new age shops, holds its grand opening Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

6. If you're a fan of local artists, get to Meuser Park in Wilson, where New Eastwood Care and Rehabilitation is hosting Art in the Park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
