Abduction Attempt Reported in Easton

are investigating an abduction attempt Thursday morning in the city.

According to police, a woman told them she was walking along Bushkill Drive when a man pulled up next to her and asked if she needed a ride. 

When the woman declined, the man tried to grab her arm. She got away from him, and he drove away, heading north onto Dietrich Road.

Police say the man was an older white male, with white hair and wearing a white tank top. He was driving an older, boxy, red sedan. The incident happened in the 800 block of Bushkill Drive, and was reported at 11:33 a.m.
