My cousin Abraham Rivera was struck and killed by drunk driver Francis Roscioli on August 18. Mr. Roscioli's lawyer is pleading for three years for this crime, which is both outrageous and insulting.
Abraham's loved ones and friends have started a petition on change.org asking the judge for a more substantial sentence and for Mr. Rosciolo's driver's license to be permanently revoked. Please remember that this young man had been arrested a mere six weeks prior to the day of the accident for drunk driving, in violation of his parole agreement.
