The second part of Sun Tzu’s quote is about being without form. As we talked about in the beginning of this post, innovation is critical to the success of any business. You must always form new ideas, come up with better ways to sell your products and services, and take new steps in your advertising and marketing. Without the proper advertising and marketing plan, Apple would have never been able to sell those original iPhones. They had to come up with bigger and better ways to get their product and message out, in order to make their customers want the product.
