Where: Easton Public Market, 325 Northampton St.
What's happening: Easton Public Market is pairing Friday-night dining with live acoustic music from Shaun Lally. The market specifically invites visitors to kick off the weekend with music and food from its vendors.

Easton Farmers' Market
When: Saturday, Sept. 5, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Where: Scott Park, Larry Holmes Drive
What's happening: More than 50 local and regional vendors are expected at the weekly producer-only market. The city says vendors sell fresh foods, prepared items and crafts, with EBT accepted. See vendor list here.

Sunday Sounds At Easton Public Market
When: Sunday, Sept. 6, noon-3 p.m.
Where: Easton Public Market, 325 Northampton St.
What's happening: Sara Scott and Erika Sherger are scheduled to perform Sunday afternoon inside the market. It's an easy option for combining lunch or snacks from market vendors with live music.

3rd & Ferry Fish Market has more than 700 Yelp reviews, including one from late August that notes the short wait for an outdoor table, saying, "We didn't have to wait too long (less than 10 mins)." Sette Luna, meanwhile, has 576 Yelp reviews and a new Aug. 27 review from a diner who shared several dishes with friends and offered one particularly useful recommendation: "The Risotto Balls are a must-order."
