Adrianna is a huge supporter of libraries - her mother was a librarian - and we're proud to bring her here.

Are you an Adriana Trigiani fan? She'll be at the on Wednesday, May 9, at 7:00 p.m. The Library is one of the stops on the tour for her latest book, The Shoemaker’s Wife.

Go to Adriana’s website and you learn that the idea for the novel started with her grandmother Lucia’s three foot stack of Enrico Caruso records. Check out the book trailer for more about the story behind the novel.

Debuting on April 3, The Shoemaker’s Wife is an instant New York Times best-seller, coming in at #5 this week. Copies are on sale now at the Library for $20. (That’s less than you’ll pay on Amazon if you include the cost of shipping, and you’ll be supporting the Library.) Books will also be on sale at the book talk.
