Easton Library Book Sale Begins Next Week
Mysteries, best-sellers, history, biography, cookbooks, art books, romances - come early for the best selection of your favorite books.
Volunteers have been setting up thousands of books, CD's, and DVD's this week for the Summer Book Sale.
Sale hours are 2:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 14, and 10:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15. Half-Price Day is Saturday, June 16, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 18, is Bag Day from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Library will provide a standard brown grocery bag for $4.
Most hardcover books, trade paperbacks, books on CD, and DVD’s are $1.00. Small paperbacks are $.50. Most children’s books are $.50.

About 90 % of the sale items have been donated and are in very good condition. Leftovers from the last sale have been removed.
Our sale is easy to navigate. Volunteers are arranging fiction by genre and alphabetized by author. Non-fiction is sorted by subject.

A preview sale for members of the Friends of the Library will be held on Wednesday, June 13, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Membership forms are available at the Main Library and the Palmer and South Side Branches and at www.eastonpl.org.
The Library is located at 515 Church Street. The sale will be held in the Catherine Drake Meeting Room. Sale goers should use the 5th Street entrance, lower level.
