How Homeopathic Healing Works

Why use conventional medicine when homeopathic remedies can offer great results?

What is homeopathy? Homeopathy is based on the principle that you can treat "like with like"; that is, a substance which causes symptoms when taken in large doses can be used in small amounts to treat those same symptoms. The goal is to trigger the body's natural system of healing. One major difference with homeopathic medicines from conventional medicine, however, is that these substances are used in ultra high dilutions.

Homepathic medicines can be used for allergies, bruising, swelling, colds, etc. If you are looking to boost your immune system or heal an ailment in a more natural way, opt for a homeopathic remedy before reaching for more conventional medicine.

Homeopathy is even being used now by those making changes to their appearance. Each year, nearly 1.6 million Americans opt for surgical cosmetic procedures.

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, it was learned that homeopathy can help those who are recovering from cosmetic surgery. Those who took homeopathic Arnica prior to surgery and during the recovery phase had less bruising. Calendula is also another well-known homeopathic treatment that can be used post-surgery to heal. A Homeopathic Practitioner can help you decide what remedies are best for you, or shop a local health food store for available options.
