Learn How to Have the “Happiest Baby on the Block”
Did you know that the sound a baby hears inside the womb is louder than a vacuum?

We all love a good night’s sleep, and we’re beginning to understand how important it is for overall health. Adequate sleep helps reduce stress, maintain proper weight, and heal our bodies. When babies fuss and cry, both they and their parents lose out.
Join Danielle Flowers on Monday, April 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Main Library to learn about Dr. Harvey Karp’s “Happiest Baby” method for baby sleep and soothing.
Ms. Flowers, a Certified Happiest Baby Educator, will demonstrate swaddling and discuss topics like colic and relieving colic symptoms, the calming reflex, and misconceptions about babies.
