Here is a letter from the 70th Precinct, an NYPD precinct that has seen more homicides than you can count...

They recommend using your bicycle....gt it together, Easton..

Bicycles do not use gas!

Good Afternoon from the 70th Precinct,

We hope everyone is doing well today and has taken advantage of the extra hour of sleep. Don't forget at this time, with the time change you should also change the batteries in your smoke detectors. Once again we would like to update the Community.

As we have been reporting, Gas lines are still very long. Unlike the past couple of days where only a few gas stations were operating; there has been more frequency in truck deliveries, and more stations have been opening. 

We understand your need for gas and we understand the waits on the line. However, we ask that you please respect the businesses in the area and don't block their access points, driveways,etc. We also ask for your patience. Remember, if you can use your bicycle to get to your destinations it would be advisable, and you would be saving on gas!
