Tour the Easton Library's Carnegie Building Next Week

Go back in time on October 17, 19, and 22 to explore part of the Easton library's early days.

Visitors rarely have the chance to venture up to the second floor - the original Carnegie Library. Although the grand staircase that once led upstairs is now gone, you can still see original architectural features and picture the original Library in the bones that remain.

The Carnegie Building will be open for tours during National Friends of the Library Week. Discover the Library’s history on this self-guided tour of the rarely open second floor and mezzanine on Monday, October 17, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm; Wednesday, October 19, from noon to 2:00 pm; and Saturday, October 22, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
