The international movement started by local Easton resident Susan Huxley is coming to the Y Sept. 2 – Oct.27. This art project celebrates the beauty and art of stitching, the worldwide yarn graffiti trend, and random acts of kindness. Already knitters and crocheters are making hundreds of scarves that they’ll hang outdoors, for anyone to take, in Easton the first Saturday of November. Just in time for its third year, the gallery at the Y is showcasing photos of past distributions and some of the scarves that will be part of this year’s happening.
