City Cop Admits to Public Drunkenness
Russell Demko, along with another officer, had been cited in Carbon County in June.

An Easton police officer has pleaded guilty to public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Back in June, Officer Russell Demko was cited -- along with fellow Officer Thomas Beiser -- in Kidder Township, Carbon County.
On Wednesday, Demko pleaded guilty before a district judge in Weatherly, and was ordered to pay $50 in fines, according to the Express-Times.

Beiser, meanwhile, challenged the citations, and is awaiting a court ruling.
The city police are conducting their own investigation of the incident, and have said the officers will likely be disciplined.
