
Easton City Council members will be staying on next year.
The three Democratic incumbents took the top three spots in a four-person nomination race on Tuesday. With no Republicans on the ballot, they are more or less assured re-election in November.
Brown took home the most votes: 977, followed by Warner's 772 and Warren's 768. In fourth place was Reno Pesaresi, a member of the Easton Redevelopment Authority.

Also on Tuesday, attorney Richard Yetter won both the Democratic and Republican nominations to become Easton's newest district judge, defeating challengers Rhonda Elias and Shana Restucci. The three were battling for the seat once held by Judge Michael Koury in Wilson.
