A Public Meeting to receive public input regarding amendment changes to Chapter 595 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Easton, Pa, known as the Zoning Code, has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 6:30P.M. in Council Chambers, 3rd floor of City Hall, 123 South Third Street, Easton, Pa.

Also, a Public Hearing to receive public input regarding amendment changes to Chapter 595 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Easton, Pa, known as the Zoning Code, has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, 3rd floor of City Hall, 123 South Third Street, Easton, Pa. The City of Easton will host a Public Hearing for the proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance on Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, 3rd floor of City Hall, 123 South Third Street, Easton, Pa.

Specifically, the proposed amendment package will amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Easton including deleting content, amendments to each district and amendments to the sign ordinance of the Zoning Code.

Copies of the proposed amendment package to Chapter 595 – Zoning Code may be secured or examined in the Office of the City Clerk, 3rd floor of City Hall, 123 South Third Street, Easton, Pa. during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, except for public holidays, also at the Northampton County Law Library, Northampton County Courthouse, 7th & Washington Streets, Easton, Pa. and at the office of the Express Times Newspaper, 18 Centre Square, Easton, Pa. The proposed amendments to Chapter 595 Zoning Code are also available on the City of Easton website at http://www.easton-pa.gov. Both the meeting and hearing is open to the public and is accessible to person with disabilities.
