City Pools to Open for the Season Memorial Day Weekend

Advance season passes discounted through June 1.

It's almost hard to believe, but summer is just around the corner, and the City of Easton's pools will open in less than two weeks.

Starting Memorial Day weekend, the city's two pools will be open weekends from noon to 7 p.m. They will open daily for the season on June 20.

Through June 1, season pool passes are available for a discounted rate of $110 for a resident family, $65 for a resident individual, $30 for a resident senior, and $35 for an individual youth.

Until the deadline, nonresidents may purchase passes for $125 for a family, $75 for an individual, $40for a senior, and $60 for a youth membership.

Beginning June 2, resident season passes will be $125 for a family membership, $80 for an individual, $40 for a senior, and $40 for a youth.

Nonresidents will pay $140 per family, $90 for an individual, $50 for a senior and $70 per youth.

Members of the Family YMCA receive an additional 15 percent off of season passes.

Daily admission fees to the facilities are also available at the gate and in advance. Rates are $5 for adult residents, and $3 for resident children. Proof of residency is required. Non-resident adults can access the pools for $7; children for $5.

After 4:30 p.m., day rates are discounted by $2.

Heil Pool is located on Packer Street in Easton's South Side.

Eddyside Pool is located on North Delaware Drive (Route 611), at the north edge of the city limits.

Poolside birthday parties during pool season and rental of the park pavilions are also available. Check the pools website or call for more details.
