Easton Man Arrested in Hammer Assault
Police said Timothy Ladlee attacked another man at his South Side home.

An Easton man was jailed Wednesday for attacking another man with a hammer during a fight at his South Side home.
City police said Timothy Ladlee, 47, of 360 W. Wilkes-Barre street, got into a fight with Orland Ortiz on June 22, and hit him with a ball-peen hammer.
Police issued a warrant for Ladlee's arrest. He was taken into custody Wednesday, and arraigned before District Judge Daniel Corpora in Easton, and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment.
