Easton Man Jailed on Heroin Charges
Police find drugs and a stolen gun during morning search

A West Ward man was jailed Tuesday morning after investigators found heroin and a stolen gun in his apartment, Easton police said Tuesday.
According to police, Anthony Nixon, Jr., 21, of the 1100 block of Washington Street, sold heroin to a police source last month. Police later got a search warrant for Nixon's home, and executed that warrant Tuesday morning.
Police said the resulting search turned up heroin, three digital scales, and a .22 caliber handgun that had been reported stolen in Bangor.
