Easton Police: Man Urinated in Centre Square

A Bethlehem Township man was cited for disorderly conduct Sunday morning after police say an officer witnessed him urinating in a Centre Square doorway.

say Kevin H. Barnes, 29, of 5200 Freemansburg Ave., walked to a doorway in the northeast quadrant of the square, very close to where a city patrol car was set up at the intersection of Centre Square and North Third Street.

According to a police news release, Barnes "in a clear, unobstructed view of the public, and the police, proceeded to urinate."

He was arrested cited for disorderly conduct, and released.
