Easton's Finest Apparel Opens on Ferry Street

Would you like to decorate your house with some color curtains, embellish your wardrobe with stylish accessories, a new belt for the mister, a shirt for the children, or an exotic dress for a night out with the girls?

“Make me an offer”, says Rohan Thompson, owner of Easton’s Finest Apparel located at 349 Ferry St.

The store -- which opened in June -- sells ‘new and like-new items’ said Thompson. Here you will find simple wear to designer wear clothing, books, and even candle incense. “The prices are affordable” and the boutique does layaway.

Before opening and owning the new boutique in Easton Thompson said he once owned a catering business in Brooklyn, New York called MEM’RIS.

The items are purchased from various areas in Brooklyn, New York, but donations are also welcomed. The boutique will have furniture in the future as the business progresses, and the empty rooms in the back of the store will be used for storage. 

Thompson said he would like to use the store to reach out to the community.

He would like to team-up with a local church and/or surrounding mainstream stores for either a school-drive or a can-food drive. And with the small kitchen in the back of the store Thompson said that he might like to try the idea of free coffee for customers.

“I want to help the community and I want to help it grow,” said Thompson.

When seasons change fashion does as well, so Thompson would like to begin seasonal displays in the front window to help draw attention to walking-by customers.
