Easton Woman Charged With Stabbing Husband

West Ward wife arrested for assault; in unrelated case, city man faces drug charges.

An Easton woman was arrested Saturday and charged with stabbing her husband in the arm with a small kitchen knife during an argument at their home, according to court papers.

 Blaire B. Hardy, 35, of 139 N. Seventh St. was charged with simple assault and harassment. She was arraigned before on-duty District Judge Patrica Romig-Passaro in Bethelehem, and released on $10,000 unsecured bail following her arrest for the incident.

 In an unrelated case, city police arrested a man for heroin trafficking at his home Saturday morning, according to court papers.

 Rashaun Frazier, 36, of 609 Canal Park, will face multiple drug charges, following an alleged drug buy by an Easton police confidential informant and a search of Frazier’s home.

The alleged buy took place at S. Ninth and Washington streets at a little before 2 p.m. Thursday, the arrest affidavit said. Frazier is charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of heroin. He was also arraigned before Romig-Passaro is in Northampton County Prison in lieu of $170,000 bail.
