Elderly Church going woman commits hate crime
Barbra Shaneburger of 236 Shafer Ave. Phillipsburg N.J.
commited a hate crime by making a swasticka out of
masking tape in a shared bathroom of a Jewish Man.
She escaped being arrested for a hate crime due to her
advanced age. Phillipsburg Police questioned her at her
residence and determined that she was guilty, but did not
make an arrest. The victim will be allowed to ask for a
restraining order if needed. Barbra Shaneburger is active
in her church in Phillipsburg and is well know for running
funerals there.
