Easy Yoga Class

Come get your day started with this easy yoga class for beginners or people who are less flexible.  We use a chair and straps tohelp modify traditional yoga poses to protect knees, wrists, backs, help with balance etc. Learning breathing techniques for calming and energizing. Great for older golfers!
