Bnai Abraham Synagogue in Easton is delighted to host Chef Yong Lin, owner of Jasmine Sushi and Thai Restaurant, for a workshop on the Japanese art of sushi.

Chef Lin will demonstrate and explain:

• Classic Japanese Knife Skills

• Proper Sushi Etiquette

•How to Pick the Right Fish

• Sushi Roll Techniques

You will have the opportunity to prepare your own rolls and to sample delicious sushi prepared by Chef Lin, who, prior to his arrival in the Lehigh Valley, apprenticed at the best sushi restaurants on the East coast.
