Meet the Author program continues at the W.H. Walters Free Public Library, Alpha, NJ on Saturday, April 28th at 10 AM with an informal presentation by Jon Gibbs, author of Fur-Face. In Jon’s debut novel we meet Billy Euston, the new kid in town, Snowy, a talking cat that only Billy can hear, Razor, a fox, and Carmen, Billy's first friend in his new hometown. Fur-Face is a fast paced story with a captivating plot that follows a talking cat and two teenagers as they discover a fiendish animal experimentation scheme and vow to reunite a fox with his kidnapped family. Jon Gibbs was born in England and now lives in New Jersey. He is ‘Author in Residence’ at Lakehurst
Elementary School. He is also a member of several writing groups, including SCBWI
(Society of Children’s Books, Writers and Illustrator). Jon is also the founder of NJAN (The New
Jersey Authors Network) and FindAWritingGroup.com.
