Iowa Police Confirm Jonathan Elwell Death
Brother of Easton judge had been missing since April; family said last month that body found was likely his.
Late last month, saying they were more or less certain that a body found in Iowa was his.
Now, police in Iowa have made it certain. According to a news release from June 29, the Iowa Department of Public Safety say Elwell's dental records matched those of a body found in Crawford County, Iowa on June 19.
Elwell, brother of Easton District Judge Gay Elwell had gone missing Apri 17 l after leaving his home in Shillington, Berks County. His rental car was found abanonded in Iowa a few days later.

"At this time, foul play is not suspected," police said in a news release.
