Naked Man Had Drugs, Easton Police Say

officers responding to a call about a naked man wandering around an apartment complex wound up arresting that man on drug possession charges.

According to the Express-Times, John Irving Jones, 33, of the 800 block of West Lincoln St., was allegedly roaming the halls of the Lehigh Manor Apartments. By the time police got there, he'd apparently put some shorts on, but was slurring his words and staggering around outside.

Police say Jones was carrying some marijuana, along with seven bags of cocaine and $347 in cash. He is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, and public drunkenenss.
