Northampton Post Acute in Easton has earned consecutive-year recognitions for its employer excellence and quality resident care. The center was included among America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026 by Newsweek for the third consecutive year and was also named to Lehigh Valley Top Workplaces 2026 by The Morning Call for the second year in a row. Further, Northampton Administrator Melissa King, LNHA, was honored as “Administrator of the Year” by Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports Northampton.

Facilities were evaluated on four pillars including performance data, peer recommendations, accreditations and resident satisfaction, with performance data carrying an increased weight in 2026 to reflect the growing emphasis on clinical quality metrics.
