Police: Easton Baby Dies After Falling Into Pool

An Easton one-year-old died Friday after falling into a swimming pool in the West Ward, according to published reports.

The child was pronounced dead at a local hospital after being found in a pool at 110 N. Warren St., according to the Morning Call. City police said they were investigating with the coroner's office.

The Express-Times says the infant -- who they say was a boy -- was treated at the scene by a neighbor who knew CPR.
