Police: Fight Over Cell Phone Led to Knife Attack
19-year-old Katy Gray jailed after allegedly threatening to kill younger sister.

A Williams Township woman was jailed Tuesday night after allegedly trying to stab her sister during a fight over a cell-phone.
Katy Gray, 19, of 360 Morvale Rd., is charged with making terroristic threats, harassment, and reckless endangerment.
State police at Belfast said Gray attacked her 15-year-old sister during an argument over Gray using the younger girl's cell phone. Police say Gray wielded a kitchen knife during the fight, and cut open her sister's hand.

A witness heard Gray yell out "I'll stab you! I'll kill you!" during the altercation. The sister needed 12 stitches.
Gray was arraigned before in Easton, and sent to in lieu of $10,000 bail.
