Police: Man Found in McDonald's with Crack, Synthetic Pot
Kendall Kinchen had nine packages of crack at time of Tuesday afternoon arrest, police say.

City police caught a man Tuesday afternoon inside the McDonald's on S. Third Street with nine packages of crack cocaine and an amount of suspected synthetic marijuana, court records say.
For allegedly having the crack, Kendall Kinchen, 32, of 203 E. Kleinhans St. in the city, was charged with a single felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, the records say.
He also was charged with a single misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance -- a count connected to the alleged synthetic marijuana.
A criminal complaint filed by city Det. Anthony Arredondo says test confirmed the nine packages contained crack cocaine. The suspected synthetic marijuana, referred to in the complaint as "synthetic cannabinoid," will be sent for further testing, the complaint says.
The complaint does not provide details on how police knew Kinchen was in the McDonald's or details about any incidents leading up to the arrest. The complaint lists the time of Tuesday's event as 2:04pm.
Kinchen was arraigned at 6pm Tuesday by on-duty District Judge John Capobianco of Nazareth and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
