Should the school district be allowed to keep the Scouts from distributing flyers on school grounds?
On Sunday, the Express-Times reported that the Easton Area School District had flyers on school property.
The district's reasoning? Fear of a lawsuit, after the Pocono Mountain School District was sued by a fifth grader who was stopped from handing out flyers for a church Christmas party.
Easton says it wants to be cautious, and not allow any noneducational groups to hand out literature on school property.
