The American Yoga Academy (AYA) training in Summit, NJ. Beginning on Sunday, October 15, AYA will be offering a 200-hour Beginner/Intermediate 10-week Certification Course at MONDO on Springfield  Avenue in Summit. Route 78 East to Summit.

If you have always been interested in becoming a yoga teacher, you can find out more about the the 200- and 500-hour certification programs. AYA will be offering a FREE Introductory Class and Informational Session at the AYA Academy and Studio in West Orange on Tuesday, September 17; Thursday, September 19 from 6:15 - 7:15 pm or Saturday, September 21 from 10:00-11:30 am. Register by email info@americanyogaacademy or call 973-731-9960.

Experience first hand the AYA mission to educate people on how to live Yoga on and off the mat... infusing these ancient Yogic techniques and wisdom into your daily life Yoga class. Participate in a class. After class review the course materials and requirements and ask questions about the course.
