Wood turned children’s tops will be turned on site by woodworker Rick Bryant,
using a lathe, in the ACE Arts Community of Easton space at Weyerbacher
Wednesday on September 25. Children can pick colors to decorate their top. This
intriguing demo and hands-on activity is courtesy of the Forks Area Arts
Society, ACE, and Rick Bryant <Sightsunseenballooning.com> and <orvil@rcn.com>.
FAAS is comprised of
various artists and art lovers who meet second Wednesday of every month in Forks
Twsp. Members are very involved in promoting the arts in their community. Two
current projects include "saving the historic cottage" in the township and the
first Art in the Park to be held next year in Forks.
