Two Rivers Brewing to Open Tonight

The Two Rivers Brewing Company will open late Thursday afternoon, the pub announced on its Facebook page.

Two Rivers, at 542 Northampton St., says it will be operating from 4 p.m. to midnight tonight.

"We will be serving local craft beer (not our own yet) on at least nine taps plus Chef Jeremy's incredible food," the post reads. "Again, we will be open, this is not a test!"

The brewing company, located in the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, plans to begin serving its own beer in March. Earlier this year, the pub launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise money for a new tap system. The goal was $20,000 but the campaign took in $21,764.
